We understand the importance of staff training and development, and the difference having a skilled and engaged workforce can make to a business. Unlike many HR training companies, our trainers are all CIPD qualified HR practitioners, which ensures they have the credibility essential for engaging with managers and supervisors.
Our First Line Managers Training Programme runs over 3 days, one day a month (May – July) at our office in Holmfirth.
The programme is delivered by Cheryl, who worked as General Manager in a manufacturing company and has many years’ hands-on experience in management. Cheryl firmly believes that for First Line Managers to excel, they need to understand exactly what is required of them and be given the opportunity to learn practical techniques to help them achieve it.
The programme is lively and interactive, uses real life examples, and is specifically designed to help you understand the role and responsibilities of a supervisor or team leader whilst helping develop and hone your skills.
