Once the advert is live clients can choose to either manage the campaign themselves through the online portal using their unique ID, or they can leave it to us and simply log-in when they have the time to see how the campaign is going and agree which candidates from the short list they would like to interview.
If you choose to let us handle the screening, and you are already a client, your HR Business Partner will oversee your campaign. If you are not currently a client, no problem, we will appoint a HR Partner when you call to discuss your campaign.
Your HR Business Partner will work closely with you to find out your exact requirements and filter through all applications so you can have the peace of mind that your next recruit will tick all the right boxes.
